At Navera Sarees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your saree doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and the original tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Navera Sarees account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the saree is folded neatly in its original packaging with all blouse pieces and accessories included to avoid rejection during inspection.

• 3.
  Pickup and Shipping

  Our courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans verify the garment's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
